There are so many styles of California wine: from “fruit bombs” to mineral-driven wines with high acidity. But generally speaking, the flavours of Californian wines are bold, hence the dishes that work are bold.
Smoked and Grilled foods with bold flavours work well with Californian reds, for example. We at New Ubin Seafood innovatively uses the broadstrokes of bold flavours in our local twist of invent over the years. We have creatively experimented different styles of food flavours(the Truly Singaporean way.. Think Wok hei and grills) and know how to find the right selections of wines to pair them with. Rodney Strong’s Californian wines just marries marvelously with our food, which explains why they are the most popular and top selling wines at our restaurants.

Their story begins in 1959, when Rodney Strong envisioned Sonoma County as a special place for producing wine. A true pioneer in Sonoma County, Rodney Strong led the way for the future of Sonoma County winemaking. Rodney Strong Vineyards was the 13th winery bonded in the newly discovered Sonoma County wine industry.
