Join us on 31st December 2024 for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve dinner collaboration as New Ubin Seafood takes over the kitchen at RVLT! This one-night-only event blends the culinary excellence of New Ubin Seafood, helmed by the esteemed Mr. Pang Seng Meng, with the unique energy and creativity of RVLT’s gastro bar experience.

Indulge in a specially curated set menu that celebrates the bold and diverse flavours of Singapore’s rich culinary heritage, with dishes like Kunyit Chicken Wings, the iconic Chilli Crab with Deep-Fried Mantous, and a flavourful Nasi Biryani with Udang Masak Nanas (Pineapple Prawn Curry). End the meal on a sweet note with Chendol topped with Coconut Ice Cream, all for just $65++ per person (minimum 2 to book).
