This one-night-only event blends the culinary excellence of New Ubin Seafood, helmed by the esteemed Mr. Pang Seng Meng, with the unique energy and creativity of RVLT’s gastro bar experience.
Indulge in a specially curated set menu that celebrates the bold and diverse flavours of Singapore’s rich culinary heritage, with dishes like Kunyit Chicken Wings, the iconic Chilli Crab with Deep-Fried Mantous, and a flavourful Nasi Biryani with Udang Masak Nanas (Pineapple Prawn Curry). End the meal on a sweet note with Chendol topped with Coconut Ice Cream, all for just $65++ per person (minimum 2 to book).

Mr. Pang Seng Meng: A Culinary Inspirator of Singaporean Heritage
Mr. Pang Seng Meng, the proud Singaporean Owner-Chef of New Ubin Seafood Group, embodies the rich cultural tapestry of Singapore through his culinary creations. With Peranakan and Teochew roots, he has seamlessly woven diverse ethnic flavours into his craft, reflecting the multi-ethnic population of Singapore. Over his 20-year career, Mr. Pang has curated a menu featuring iconic local and international dishes, each with subtle, inventive twists. Under his leadership, New Ubin Seafood earned the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand award for three consecutive years, solidifying its status as a beloved Singaporean dining destination. Through his dedication, Mr. Pang brings to life the true essence of Singaporean cuisine—bold, diverse, and deeply rooted in heritage.
