Hosted at New Ubin Seafood CHIJMES, the dinner journeys from French Champagne to cool-climate Australian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, before moving into expressive Shiraz and Penfolds’ Chinese Wine Trial from Shangri-La and Ningxia. Each pour is paired with a dish that reflects New Ubin’s bold Singaporean character, woven with Yunnan mushroom accents, seafood traditions and the warm kampong spirit of sharing good food and good wine around the table.
