Specially curated by our chefs, this set pays tribute to the timeless recipes passed down by mothers through the years. Each dish is lovingly prepared to evoke nostalgia, warmth, and gratitude.

📜 The Menu:

1. Teochew Braised Platter
   A medley of comforting braised delights—duck breast, pork belly, duck wings, beancurd, hard-boiled eggs, jellyfish, and traditional pork skin jelly—bringing families together in every bite.

2. Herbal Chicken Soup with White Fungus & Cordyceps
   Tender boiled whole chicken inmmersed in a nourishing, slow-simmered soup broth infused with the restorative goodness of cordyceps and white fungus—like a warm hug from Mum herself.

3. Claypot Red Garoupa
   Fresh red garoupa cooked in a flavourful claypot sauce, embodying the richness of tradition and the pride of premium produce.

4. Braised Pork Knuckles with Sea Cucumber & Shiitake Mushrooms
   Tender pork knuckles and soft sea cucumber in a savoury braise, signifying resilience and prosperity.

5. ‘Live’ Tiger Prawns Poached in Aromatic Wine
   Juicy tiger prawns poached in fragrant Shaoxing wine—light, indulgent, and celebratory.

6. Egg Noodles with Sautéed Crab Meat, Egg & Bean Sprouts
   Longevity egg noodles tossed with sweet crab meat and wok-fried bean sprouts, capturing the joy of reunion meals.

7. Hot/Cold Cheng Tng
   A comforting dessert served warm or chilled—sweet longans, barley, lotus seeds and more, closing the meal with timeless tradition.
