In the spirit of this celebratory occasion, our chefs at New Ubin Seafood have curated a special set menu that is as rich in taste as it is in sentiment. The ‘A Taste of Mom’s Love’ set menu (S$588++ for 5 pax) is designed with the best of home-cooked flavours, where every bite reflects the comfort, care, and nurturing spirit of the most important women in our lives.
Your meal begins with the Longevity Spring Salad with Ocean Jewels, a refreshing starter featuring smoked salmon, baby abalone and top shell. Next comes the Mom’s Youthful Delight Platter, a vibrant selection of appetising bites such as charcoal yam ring, kung poh chicken, otah youtiao, smoked pork collar, and lychee prawn balls.
Next on the menu is a comforting Treasured Treasures in Double-Boiled Broth, a nourishing soup brimming with fish maw and crab meat, followed by classic Teochew traditional Steamed Black Halibut Fillet (400g) cooked to perfection.
Mom’s Favourite Herbal Emperor Chicken adds a touch of warmth, followed by Scallops with Blossoming Broccoli & Merry Mushrooms.
No Mother’s Day celebration is complete without a touch of indulgence. The meal concludes with Mom’s Love: Langoustine Ee-Fu Noodles, and a refreshing Mango Paradise Sago for a sweet ending.
This Mother’s Day set menu will be available for dine-in, pickup and delivery from 4th to 12th May 2024 at both CHIJMES and MYMCA Stevens outlets.
To make the occasion even more memorable, early birds who pre-order the set menu between 15th and 28th April will receive a complimentary bottle of Cœur des Bar Blanc de Noirs Champagne to add a sparkle to the celebration. This 100% Pinot Noir from a single vineyard has honeyed and fruity notes, warm brioche flavours, and a refined finish – perfect for festivities.

Please expect delays for delivery during peak hours (6pm - 9pm) over the Mother’s day weekend (10th, 11th and 12th May 2024).
We use a third party delivery driver service. We will not responsible for any delays caused by traffic conditions, bad weather or errand driver behaviour. Do book your slots earlier in advance in anticipation of such delays.
Please arrive early and be on time for dine-in reservations as seating times are strictly allocated and adhered. (2 hours seating time)
Seat timings are as follows on Mother’s Day weekend (11th and 12th May 2024) at all Outlets:
1st seating: 5:30PM-7:30PM, 6PM-8PM2nd Seating: 7:45PM-9:45PM, 8:15PM-10:15PM (for CHIJMES) 8:15PM-10PM (for MYMCA)
CHIJMES continues to operate until 1am.Parking Spaces are limited, expect traffic congestion.
Deposits are non-refundable under any foreseeable circumstances due to cancellations by the customer. Force Majeure apply.
