New Ubin Seafood at Zhongshan Park presents Mother Day’s Set Menu, ‘妈，爱你’, with a set of six dishes for 4 pax at $428. ‘妈，爱你’ Set includes Abalone and Fried Fish Maw with Flower Mushroom in Chicken Collagen Soup, Steamed Cod with Preserved Vegetables, Sauteed Squid, Scallop and Broccoli with Sambal Chilli Sauce, Claypot Stewed Pork Knuckle with Black Vinegar, Fried Mee Sua with Smoked Duck Meat and Chilled Collagen Peach Gum with Bird's Nest.
