A mother’s love is known to be the greatest, always placing the wellbeing of their children and family way above her own. To salute and show appreciation to the most important woman in our lives, New Ubin Seafood has specially curated a series of set menus for this Mother’s Day (Sunday, 8 May) to celebrate their great love.
For moms who are interested in a heritage trail, bring her to New Ubin Seafood CHIJMES or go to New Ubin Seafood Tampines for a touch of rustic industrial canteen vibe. These two outlets have two set menus to choose from – “I Love Mom” set menu for 5 pax @ $318++ and “Greatest Love Ever” set menu good for 8 to 10 pax @ $688++.
Start off with a nourishing Double Boiled Superior Soup with Fish Maw and Crab Meat followed by entrée dishes of Hong Siew Beancurd with Scallops & Prawns and Braised Abalone with Shiitake Mushrooms and Broccoli to ease into the feasting. Tuck into mains featuring the signature bold and robust flavours of New Ubin Seafood with Wok-fried Kung Poh ‘Live’ Tiger Prawns, Crispy Deep-fried ‘Live’ Soon Hock with Assam Sambal Petai or Chye Poh Soy Sauce, BBQ Canadian Pork Ribs and House-smoked Pork Belly Fried Rice with X.O. Sauce. Lastly, finished off the meal with a bowl of refreshing Cheng Tng.
If mom prefers a more quiet and elegant setting amid a lush park, head over to New Ubin Seafood at Zhongshan Park where their three set menus namely, “Love You” Mum set menu, Blissful set menu and Gratitude set menu can be catered to smaller families of 4 pax, 6pax or bigger groups of 8 pax and 10pax.
Dishes that have been thoughtfully curated for this occasion comprise of delicacies from the sea and wholesome, nutritious ingredients such as Fish Maw, Crab Meat and Shredded Abalone Soup, Sautéed Scallops, Honshimeiji Mushrooms and Broccoli, Steamed Soon Hock with Herbal Soy Broth, Braised Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Seasonal Vegetables, Braised Pork Belly Ee-Fu Noodles and Chilled Collagen Peach Gum with Aloe Vera to pamper mom.
Diners can also choose to order ala carte if they wish to increase the headcount outside of preset menu portion at any of the outlets.
The Mother’s Day set menus are available for dine-in, pickup and delivery from 25 April till 15 May 2022 for CHIJMES and Zhongshan Park outlets, while the menu availability for Tampines outlet is from 25 April till 8 May 2022. Customers also get to enjoy 10% discount and a free Mother’s Day Carnation Floral Tea gift set when they make their bookings during the early bird period from 18 April to 1 May 2022.

Please expect delays for delivery during peak hours (6pm - 9pm) over the Mother’s day weekend (6th, 7th and 8th May 2022).
We use a third party delivery driver service. We will not responsible for any delays caused by traffic conditions, bad weather or errand driver behaviour. Do book your slots earlier in advance in anticipation of such delays.
Please arrive early and be on time for dine-in reservations as seating times are strictly allocated and adhered. (2 hours seating time)
Parking Spaces are limited, expect traffic congestion.
Deposits are non-refundable under any foreseeable circumstances due to cancellations by the customer. Force Majeure apply.
In unforeseeable circumstances where individuals are infected with COVID-19 and or are served HRN, cancellations with full refund will be allowed if sufficient official medical proof and documentation are furnished at least 1 day in advance prior to dine-in bookings only.
All current government dine-in regulations apply.
