Q: WHICH ARE THE PARTICIPATING OUTLETS UNDER THE FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD REWARDS PROGRAMME?

A: The participating outlets are:

  • New Ubin Seafood CHIJMES

  • New Ubin Seafood MYMCA Stevens

Valid only in Singapore. New Ubin Seafood Group reserves the right to make changes to the list of participating outlets without prior notice.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD PROGRAMME?

A: Interested parties may register for free via the online onboarding portal here. To enjoy full membership privileges, please check both boxes on the bottom of the signup page to allow us to send you marketing communications.

Q: WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND VALIDITY PERIOD?

A: It is Free to join lifetime membership. We have abolished the paid membership and the tiered loyalty system. The new system also does not allow for accrual of any points for any redemption. However, we track members’ spend and the more you spend with us, you’ll fast track to unlock benefits and enjoy other members perks.

Q: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD REWARDS PROGRAMME?

A: Any person aged 18 and above who has a valid Singapore mobile number and email address may apply for the Frenz of Ubin Seafood Programme.

Q: CAN I USE THE VOUCHERS TO OFFSET PICK-UP/DELIVERY ORDERS MADE ONLINE?

A: Yes! We have integrated our Membership rewards system to enable the utilisation of Members’ vouchers for online Pickup/delivery orders on www.order.newubinseafood.com .
Do note that all discounts and vouchers are issued and tagged to the mobile number you have registered with us when you signed up for our membership.

Q: WHY DOES FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD PROGRAMME REQUIRE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION?

A: Personal mobile numbers will serve as the unique identifier for all Frenz of Ubin Seafood membership accounts. Staff on-duty may request for alternative forms of identification such as Credit Card or Date of Birth or additional forms of verification where necessary. This will allow staff to correctly identify member dining at our outlets and/or who are utilising any membership privileges. This also safeguards the member’s rewards and perks to minimise misuse by other people.

Our Privacy Policy has been developed so that you may understand how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. Q: WHERE CAN I VIEW MY MEMBERSHIP PROFILE, INCLUDING E-VOUCHERS, OTHER REWARDS, AND TRANSACTION HISTORY?

A: We are still working with our Rewards partner to enable this feature. Once it is setup, we’ll notify all members and a link will be sent. You’ll be able to login to view your personal membership information such as transaction history, e-vouchers, rewards, and more.

Q: WHY SHOULD I ENSURE THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION REGISTERED IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE?

A: By providing us with accurate and up-to-date personal information, you will be able to seamlessly enjoy your privileges such as birthday e-vouchers, and be one of the first to receive the latest news on announcements, upcoming promotions, rewards, exclusive invitations to events and more!

Q: CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?

A: Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time by submitting a request to trulysg@newubinseafood.com.
Upon termination of the membership account, all unused e-vouchers in the account automatically be forfeited. There will be no refunds of membership registration fees and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers.

Q: HOW ARE MEMBERS CATEGORIZED IN THE FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD PROGRAMME?

A: There will only be the Free membership tier in the Frenz of Ubin Seafood Rewards programme.

  • FREE:

    Free for all to join. However, to enjoy full benefits you’ll have to consent to grant us full PDPA privileges in order for us to send you Marketing communications.

Q: HOW HAVE THE REWARDS SYSTEM CHANGED?

A: We have simplified the system and abolished all paid Tiered membership, points system and rewards restructured.

Q: I WAS A FREE/ PAID MEMBER OF YOUR FORMER REWARDS PROGRAMME, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY UNUSED POINTS, VOUCHERS AND OTHER REWARDS?

A: We have automatically migrated and onboarded all former Truly Singaporean Rewards members (Free, Foodie, Gold, Platinum and Diamond) to the new Frenz of Ubin Seafood Rewards programme.

At the time of migration (1st January 2021),

  • all existing points that have achieved a qualifying redemption are converted to e-vouchers of various monetary value for use on the new system.

  • all valid free appetisers are also carried over for use on your new account.

  • all gift cards and valid welcome/ e-vouchers are transferred over for use on new account.

  • any non qualifying points that have not met min redemption conversion are forfeited.

  • you’ll no longer be able to accrue/ earn any points.

  • all vouchers and rewards are still subjected to its former validity.

  • all converted rewards and benefits from the former Truly Singaporean Rewards System can only be utilised at CHIJMES AND MYMCA Stevens Outlets.

New Ubin Seafood Group reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions, period of membership, benefits and rewards validity without giving prior notice. No refund of former paid membership where privileges were utilised will be entertained.

1: 10% Return Discount

  • Valid at all outlets.

  • Valid on delivery site.

  • $100 subtotal Min Spend required.

  • Not valid with promotions/sets and other discounts.

  • Valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

  • Black out dates: Eve of Christmas, Christmas day, New year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Eve of Chinese New Year, Chinese new Year Day 1 and Day 2, Mother’s day weekend and Father’s day weekend.

  • Unlimited usage.

2: Birthday Reward: $100 e-voucher

  • Valid for dine-in, pickup and delivery at all outlets.

  • Valid on delivery site

  • $350 subtotal Minimum Spend required per table spend.

  • 1 voucher per dine-in table spend only.

  • Not valid with promotions/sets, vouchers and other discounts.

  • Can only be used 24 hours after signing up.

  • Only valid during birthday month.

  • Not available for use on Black out dates.

  • Black out dates: Eve of Christmas, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Eve of Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year Day 1 and Day 2, Mother’s Day weekend and Father’s Day weekend.

3: Free Corkage

New Ubin Seafood CHIJMES & New Ubin Seafood MYMCA Stevens Outlets:

  • Unlimited usage of Free Corkage waiver voucher.

  • 1 member = unlimited number of bottle waiver for whole table.

    Non Members:

    Wines: $30++

    Liquors: $50++

New Ubin Seafood Group does not allow free corkage and consumption of Duty free alcohol and any alcohol not categorised as wines and Liquors.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK/UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP DETAILS, CHECK VALIDITY, EXPIRY OF MY PRIVILEGES, REWARDS, AND/ E-VOUCHERS?

A: Please bear with us as we are still fine tuning this feature to go live very soon.

You may also check your valid e-vouchers using your registered mobile number at any of our outlets or at the checkout page of our Online Store.

Q: HOW CAN I IDENTIFY MYSELF AS A FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD REWARDS MEMBER AT PARTICIPATING OUTLET?

A: You may provide your mobile number registered with the programme to our staff to retrieve your membership information and to enjoy your membership privileges.

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE VOUCHERS FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?

A: Birthday e-vouchers will be credited into the members’ accounts in the beginning of your birthday month. These vouchers will be valid throughout your birthday month.
All other e-vouchers, where applicable, will be credited into the respective members’ accounts at the start of the membership or when they have been earned.

Q: IS MY FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD REWARDS MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?

A: Membership accounts, privileges, rewards, and perks are strictly non-transferable. In the event that a member wishes to discontinue their FRENZ OF UBIN SEAFOOD Rewards membership, he/she may opt to terminate it.

New Ubin Seafood Group reserves the right to adjust the former Truly Singaporean Rewards points required for conversions of any Rewards perks without giving prior notice.

Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS WHERE VOUCHERS CANNOT BE USED FOR REDEMPTION?

A: E-VOUCHERS cannot be used to offset dine-in bills on the black out dates (Eve of Christmas, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Eve of Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year Day 1 and Day 2, Mother’s Day weekend and Father’s Day weekend) at any of our outlets. In addition, vouchers cannot be used to purchase any Promotional items/set menu and any festive dishes/items(dine-in or online delivery/takeaway). Please refer to terms and conditions of our campaigns or promotions for usage or redemption of e-vouchers. Vouchers cannot be combined or stacked with any other discounts for use in a single bill.

Q: CAN I USE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS TO REDEEM MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES?

A: No. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting bills to utilize membership privileges are strictly not allowed.

Q: CAN I AUTHORIZE OTHER PEOPLE TO UTILIZE MY MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES IF I AM NOT PRESENT?

A: No. Members must be physically present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.
