· Bookings can be made via phone, website, or walk-in from NOW onwards.

· Pre-orders for takeaway/delivery must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

· All bookings and pre-orders are subject to availability.

· Booking confirmation will require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date and menu selection.

1. Campaign discounts apply to total bill (exclude alcohol) only with any purchase of Chinese New Year 2026 set menus.

2. The Early Bird Discount is valid only for bookings between now and 1 Feb 2026.

3. Bank discounts apply only to full payments made with the specified Citibank and OCBC cards.

4. Discounts are combinable during the Early Bird period; afterwards, only one discount applies.

5. All other privilege programmes/promotions/discounts/vouchers are not applicable in conjunction with this campaign promotion.

6. Complimentary or discounted wine offers are valid only while stocks last.

7. 50% discounted wines will not be subjected to any further discounts.

8. The complimentary return voucher has its set of T&Cs.

9. Delivery fees apply for delivery orders unless stated otherwise.

10. Prices are subject to applicable GST, Service Charge.

11. CNY Day 1 (17 Feb 2026) is restaurant closure day; no dine-in, takeaway, or delivery.

12. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.

13. Management reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice.

1.                   Eligibility

•                     One (1) $88 return voucher is issued with every Chinese New Year 2026 set menu order (Menu A, B, C, D or E).

•                     Valid for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery CNY set menu orders made during the campaign period.

2.                   Voucher Issuance

•                     The $88 return voucher will be issued upon full payment and fulfilment of the CNY set menu order.

•                     Physical or digital vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

3.                   Voucher Validity

•                     Voucher is valid for use from 10 March 2026 to 30 June 2026, unless otherwise stated.

•                     Voucher cannot be used during Chinese New Year period, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or special blackout dates as determined by New Ubin Seafood.

4.                   Redemption Conditions

•                     Voucher is valid for dine-in only at New Ubin Seafood.

•                     Minimum spend of $300++ in a single receipt is required to redeem one (1) voucher.

•                     Only one voucher may be used per table, per bill.

•                     Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers, unless stated otherwise.

5.                   Exclusions

•                     Voucher cannot be used to offset CNY set menus, festive menus, promotional menus, or special event menus.

•                     Voucher cannot be applied to alcoholic beverages, wines, or corkage charges, unless explicitly permitted.

•                     Not valid in conjunction with bank card promotions, early bird discounts, or third-party dining platforms (e.g. Grab Dine-Out).

6.                   Reservation Requirement

•                     Advance reservation is required and voucher usage must be declared at the time of booking.

•                     Voucher must be presented before ordering for validation.

7.                   Lost or Expired Vouchers

•                     Lost, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or extended.

•                     Expired vouchers are strictly not valid for redemption.

8.                   General

•                     New Ubin Seafood reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.

•                     In the event of any dispute, the management’s decision shall be final.
