As the Lunar New Year rolls around and brings with it the auspicious Year of the Dragon, we unveil our 2024 Chinese New Year menus, featuring an array of luxurious dishes designed to embody the Dragon’s legendary grandeur and vitality.

In celebration, we have meticulously crafted four splendid set menus that will cater to any budget or group size. Smaller groups will enjoy the Auspicious Golden Dragon Set 金龍送福 (S$468++, serves 5), which includes a Golden Fortune Lo Hei with Smoked Salmon & Topshell 新春鸿运齐捞生, Double-Boiled Superior Soup with Fish Maw and Crab Meat 鱼鳔蟹肉羹, Typhoon Shelter Crispy Pan-Fried Halibut Fillet with Garlic 鱼水情深金目鲈 (避风塘) and a Braised Pork Knuckle Bee Hoon 发财猪手米粉. For larger gatherings with loved ones, savour the Fortune Soaring Dragon Set 飞龍在天 (S$988++, serves 10) which offers a luxurious Golden Fortune Lo Hei with Smoked Salmon, Abalone & Topshell 新春鸿运齐捞生, a Double-Boiled Superior Soup with Fish Maw and Crab Meat 鱼鳔蟹肉羹, Wok Fried Kam Heong ‘Live’ Tiger Prawns 如意新春虾哈哈, and Scallops & Seafood Longevity Noodles 平安长寿面.

Meanwhile, the lavish Wealth & Prosperity Dragon Set 龍騰盛世 (S$1,288++, serves 10) is the ultimate treat, with exclusive dishes that will delight the senses such as the CNY Ubin Treasures Platter 六宝喜庆拼盘, a veritable feast of appetisers including King Topshell Salad, Chilled Irish Duck Breast, Charcoal Yam Ring with Kungpoh Chicken, Shrimp Balls, and Crispy Seafood Dumplings, as well as an auspicious Lunar New Year Pen Cai 财神富贵大盆菜.

For those preferring more tailored dining options, Our Chinese New Year à la carte menu also offers a selection of these individual creation creations, such as Golden Fortune Lo Hei with Smoked Salmon, 10 head Abalone, Topshell and Crabstick Crackers 新春鸿运齐捞生 (S$68++, serves 10), Cordyceps Flower with Sea Cucumber Fish Maw Soup虫草花海参鱼鳔汤 (S$108++), CNY Ubin Treasure Platter 六宝喜庆拼盘 (S$128++), Lunar New Year Pen Cai 财神富贵大盆菜 (S$438++), and Braised Rock Lobster Crispy Egg Noodles 龙凤吉祥 (S$128++).

This year’s Chinese New Year festive dishes and set menus will be on sale from 5 January till 24 February 2024, at both New Ubin Seafood’s CHIJMES and MYMCA Stevens outlets. The set menus range from S$438++ to S$688++ for 5 pax, and S$988++ to S$1,288++ for 10 pax, with Early Bird Discounts and Bank Promotions available.
