Guided by Nicholas Kwok, Michelin-starred sommelier and resident expert of Cornerstone Wines, this exclusive event highlights the best of Spanish Rioja wines paired with an eight-course menu inspired by the festive traditions of Chinese New Year.
Start with a bountiful Prosperity Yusheng, featuring smoked salmon, abalones, and topshell—a nod to abundance and good fortune for the New Year. Savour iconic wines such as the Siglo Gran Reserva 2005 and the Manzanos Reserva Especial 2009, thoughtfully paired with dishes like Claypot Red Garoupa and Black Pepper Pork Ribs, offering a perfect marriage of flavours to toast to prosperity and longevity.
