Q: HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS PROGRAMME?
A: Interested parties may register via the online application portal here.
Q: WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND VALIDITY PERIOD?
A: The fee is S$45 (exclusive of GST) for lifetime membership. All successful new sign-ups will receive an $80 e-voucher which will be credited into their membership account plus 250 bonus points.
Q: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?
A: Towards the end of the membership registration process on the online application portal, you will be prompted to make an online payment via credit or debit card.
Q: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS PROGRAMME?
A: Any person aged 18 and above who has a valid Singapore mobile number may apply for the Truly Singaporean Rewards Programme.
Q: WHY DOES THE TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS PROGRAMME REQUIRE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION?
A: Personal mobile numbers will serve as the unique identifier for all Truly Singaporean Rewards membership accounts. Staff on-duty may request for alternative forms of identification such as Credit Card or Date of Birth. as additional forms of verification where necessary. This will allow staff to correctly identify member dining at our outlets and/or who are utilising any membership privileges. This also safeguards the member’s rewards and perks to minimise misuse by other people.
Q: WHERE CAN I VIEW MY MEMBERSHIP PROFILE, INCLUDING MY POINTS, E-VOUCHERS, OTHER REWARDS, AND TRANSACTION HISTORY?
A: You may log in to the Truly Singaporean Rewards portal to view your personal membership information such as points, transaction history, e-vouchers, rewards, and more.
Q: WHY SHOULD I ENSURE THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION REGISTERED IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE?
A: By providing us with accurate and up-to-date personal information, you will be able to seamlessly enjoy your privileges such as birthday e-vouchers, and be one of the first to receive the latest news on announcements, upcoming promotions, rewards, exclusive invitations to events and more!
Q: CAN I TERMINATE MY MEMBERSHIP?
A: Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon termination of the membership account, all balance points and/or unused e-vouchers in the account automatically be forfeited. There will be no refunds of membership registration fees and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers.
Q: HOW ARE MEMBERS CATEGORIZED IN THE TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS PROGRAMME?
A: There are 3 membership tiers in the Truly Singaporean Rewards programme. Newly-registered members will start off in the Foodie tier, with upgrades to Gold or Platinum tiers dependent on their annual points accumulation.
Sign up for a lifetime Foodie membership at S$45 (exclusive of GST) on the Truly Singaporean Rewards portal.
To qualify, accumulate 10,000 points at any participating outlets within the 12-month Foodie membership period and enjoy your Gold perks from the next bill onwards.
To retain your in Gold status, simply accumulate 7,500 points within the 12-month Gold membership period.
To qualify, accumulate 25,000 points within the 12-month Foodie membership period and enjoy your Diamond perks from the next bill onwards.
To retain your Platinum status simply accumulate 22,500 points within the 12-month Diamond membership period.
*Qualifying points is amount before service charge & prevailing GST.
Q: HOW WILL MY SPENDING BE CALCULATED TO DETERMINE WHICH TIER I AM IN?
A: Your annual spending is calculated based on a period of 12 months from either the date of registration as a new Truly Singaporean Rewards member or from the date of membership tier upgrading. This accumulated spending excludes service charge, prevailing government taxes, e-vouchers and purchase of New Ubin Group dining e-vouchers.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM POINTS ACCUMULATION REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN MY TIER STATUS?
A: If you are a Foodie member, there is no minimum points accumulation required to stay within this tier, and it comes with lifetime validity.
If you are a Gold member and do not meet the required points accumulation of 7,500 within the 12-month membership tier validity, you will be moved to the Foodie tier thereafter. Any unused tier-exclusive, e-vouchers or rewards will be forfeited.
If you are a Platinum member and do not meet the points accumulation of 22,500 within the 12-month membership tier validity, you will be moved to the Gold tier thereafter. Any unused tier-exclusive, e-vouchers or rewards will be forfeited.
Q: HOW DO I CHECK MY MEMBERSHIP TIER VALIDITY, EXPIRY OF MY PRIVILEGES, REWARDS, AND/OR E-VOUCHERS?
A: To check the membership tier validity, expiry of any privileges, rewards, or e-vouchers, simply log in to Truly Singaporean Rewards Portal to view.
Q: HOW CAN I IDENTIFY MYSELF AS A TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS MEMBER AT PARTICIPATING OUTLET?
A: You may provide your mobile number registered with the programme to our staff to retrieve your membership information and to enjoy your membership privileges.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE VOUCHERS FOR MY MEMBERSHIP TIER?
A: Birthday e-vouchers will be credited into the members’ accounts in the beginning of your birthday month. These vouchers will be valid throughout your birthday month.
All other e-vouchers, where applicable, will be credited into the respective members’ accounts at the start of the membership tier validity.
Q: IS MY TRULY SINGAPOREAN REWARDS MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
A: Membership accounts and all points, privileges, rewards, and perks are strictly non-transferable. In the event that a member wishes to discontinue their Truly Singaporean Rewards membership, he/she may opt to terminate it.
Q: HOW ARE POINTS ACCUMULATED AND HOW DO I EARN THEM?
A: Members earn 5 points with every S$1 spent (excluding service charge and prevailing government taxes). Points accumulated are valid throughout the for 12-month membership tier validity. Members must be physically present at the point of dining in order to earn points. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn points is not allowed. Points accumulation on backdated receipts is not allowed as well.
New Ubin Group reserves the right to request forms of identification for verification purposes before the utilisation of any Rewards privileges. *Points accumulation is amount spent excluding service charge and prevailing GST.
Q: HOW DO I UTILISE MY POINTS?
A: Members can offset their bills using their points when dining at any participating outlets. Members must be physically present at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges including redemption of points. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

4,500 points = $25 voucher
7,000 points = $45 voucher
14,500 points = $100 voucher
New Ubin Group reserves the right to adjust the points required for redemption of any Rewards perks without giving prior notice.
Q: ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS WHERE POINTS CANNOT BE USED FOR REDEMPTION?
A: Points cannot be used to offset dining bills on the eve of and during the 15 days of Chinese New Year. In addition, points cannot be used to purchase retail voucher packs and any festive dishes/items. Please refer to terms and conditions of our campaigns or promotions for usage or redemption of points.
Q: WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE IF I DO NOT UTILIZE THEM BY THE END OF THE MEMBERSHIP TIER VALIDITY?
A: Yes. All points earned will expire together with each 12-month membership tier validity. Should the member’s tier be upgraded at any time during the 12-month tier validity, all balance points in the account will be extended for another 12 months along with the tier validity, starting from the date of upgrade.
As Platinum members have already achieved the highest tier and are unable to upgrade tiers further, there will be no extension of unused points and/or e-vouchers even with the maintenance of tier.
Q: CAN I USE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNTS TO EARN POINTS AND REDEEM MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES?
A: No. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting bills to earn/redeem points or utilize membership privileges are strictly not allowed.
Q: CAN I AUTHORIZE OTHER PEOPLE TO EARN/REDEEM POINTS OR UTILIZE MY MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES IF I AM NOT PRESENT?
A: No. Members must be physically present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.
