Vinegared Mackerel Fillet: Tangy and refreshing, this fish dish pairs perfectly with the light and floral notes of Nenohi Hanafugetsu Ginjo.

KAORI RANMAN JUNMAI GINJO

Barbeque Big Squid with Garlic Butter: Indulge in the rich flavours of barbeque squid, enhanced by the soft smooth taste of Kaoriranman Junmai Ginjo.

"Hana fugetsu" means "flower, wind and moon." This name was chosen to express the Japanese spirit of loving nature, as embodied in this phrase. This sake is unique for its light floral scent, smooth texture and refreshing taste. It is a perfect match with refined cuisine.

The ace of clubs of house Morita, this has long been known as one of the " sake essence" of Japan. It has a sweet taste that is reminiscent of wine distinguishing it apart from other Sakes.The fermentation process is in a strict sterile production environment, which makes it a sake of the highest level. This sake has a clear-translucent colour, floral fragrance, pure in taste, soft and tasty on the palatte.

Origin: Akita Japan

Bottle Volume: 720ml

This sake has a fine and powerful flavour. It is made using the “Ikuhashi-zukuri” method, which uses natural lactic acid and bacteria and yeast, and takes a lot of time and effort. It is a Honjozo that uses high-quality rice from Akita and natural underground water that springs out abundantly. It tastes sweet and spicy, slightly dry, crisp and fruity.  You can enjoy it at room temperature, cold and especially warm.

Recommended serving temperature: 
(5℃ to 10℃)  Cool it down a little
(10℃ to 15℃)  Room temperature warm
(35℃ to 45℃)  Hot sake

This daiginjo has a gentle aroma that accompanies food and a full flavour that goes well with a wide range of dishes, making it the perfect everyday food sake
